WOOOOOOOOO!!!! My first 90 day challenge is basically over and what a great success! I’m totally in love with the products I started at 206 pounds and lost weight very quickly in the first 30 days. I lost about 15 pounds, from 206 down to 191. Over the Christmas holidays I fell off the challenge, and ate like everyone else eats at Christmas. I gained back about 7 pounds over that period, and normally I wouldn’t have even noticed, or cared.
