I’m down to 191 and I just CAN’T seem to lose any more weight. I wanted to get down to 180, but that would mean I probably would be at about 2% body fat! So now that I’m at a very healthy weight, I’m switching my goal from weight loss to toning up. I’ve been doing some deep stretches and holding all kinds of weird Yoga type poses to strengthen my core etc. I also do as many push ups as I can. It’s not a strict workout plan, it’s just me feeling out my body and what I can do. Who cares where you find your ‘spark’. As long as it ignites the flame.
