Ok so I gained back 7 freakin pounds over the holidays and I also re-aggrivated my back and took 2 weeks off work. Didn’t really help. But I’m glad to report that today is Day 8 completed of my 2 shakes per day, fat burners, appetite suppresants, and my Vi-Pak vitamins. It’s like I restarted the challenge.
I’m back down to 192 and I don’t wanna mess with my streak I got going now!
Breaking 190 is prooving to be a tough challenge, but I bet when I hit 189 on that scale, I’m gonna move fast to 180!!!
I also kinda lost my way on the Challenge because I got too into promoting the challenge, and not enough into LIVING the challenge. I have to get back into that mindset.
