My Body By Vi 9 Months Later.  The real story…

November 2011 is when I first joined Body By Vi & it’s now July 24, 2012 which is 9 months later. The first 30 days… …of being on the challenge were super exciting and lots happened to me.  I did in fact lose a lot of weight and a lot of my friends and co-workers noticed right away.  I’m pretty sure my girlfriend Tenille loved it.  She got on the challenge too!  I used the transformation kit to lose almost 20 pounds in 30 days, and I was getting all sorts of compliments. Challenge Update: Day 77 Pictures time

I’m down to 191 and I just CAN’T seem to lose any more weight.  I wanted to get down to 180, but that would mean I probably would be at about 2% body fat!  So now that I’m at a very healthy weight, I’m switching my goal from weight loss to toning up. I’ve been doing some deep stretches and holding all kinds of weird Yoga type poses to strengthen my core etc.  I also do as many push ups as I can.  It’s not a strict workout plan, it’s just me feeling out my body and what I can…

Ok so I gained back 7 freakin pounds over the holidays and I also re-aggrivated my back and took 2 weeks off work. Didn’t really help. But I’m glad to report that today is Day 8 completed of my 2 shakes per day, fat burners, appetite suppresants, and my Vi-Pak vitamins.  It’s like I restarted the challenge. Kinda messed up day 27-30 of my 90 Day Challenge with some bad eating.  A&W even snuck in there.  Wrong way to celebrate my weight loss.  Ughh. Unreal… I’ve  lost 14 pounds now and am down to 192 and 2 pounds away from my goal of 190.  My new goal is now 180, then to start building muscle.   And my Challenge Kit is now FREE cause 3 friends also joined me on the challenge! Yes I love Body By Vi!!! Tweet

So I had to lie around for 2 days while my lower back was bunk and I kinda slipped up.  I bought some Doritos, and chocolate bars, and I put lots of cheese on my spaghetti.  I gained back 3 pounds of the 8 I lost.  But the good news is that I am even more motivated now… slip ups happen.  But I’m thinking long term.  Gonna do this.  I’ve changed my goal from 190 to 180.  Get er done. DAY 7 of my Body By Vi 90 Days Challenge and I’m down to 197.4 pounds from 206 start, just on taking the shakes alone.  8.5 pounds down.  So I’ve noticed that I really did lose the ‘snacking’ feelings I used to have.  I haven’t eaten any chips or snacky foods.  I just don’t have the urge, it could be mental cause I wanna do good, and it could be physical cause I just don’t crave em.  I also eat smaller when I do eat.  I get full faster for sure.   Energy is waaay up already.  I’ve never done so…
