November 2011 is when I first joined Body By Vi & it’s now July 24, 2012 which is 9 months later. The first 30 days… …of being on the challenge were super exciting and lots happened to me. I did in fact lose a lot of weight and a lot of my friends and co-workers noticed right away. I’m pretty sure my girlfriend Tenille loved it. She got on the challenge too!
